In 1774, another Swedish scientist named Andreas Murray edited, corrected, and published part of ‘Systema Natura’ focusing on the vegetable kingdom. It was because of Murray’s edition of ‘Systema Vegetabilium’ that Linnaeus became widely popular throughout Europe.
