- The Milliet family of Geneva was an ennobled family, with many members becoming lauded jurists and prelates. Possibly Claude François Milliet Dechales (or Dechalles, 1621–1678), a French Jesuit priest and mathematician. He published a treatise on mathematics and a translation of the works of Euclid. He was the son of Hector Milliet de Challes (1568–1642), First Speaker of the Chamber of Accounts of Savoy and first president of the Sovereign Senate of Savoy; his grandfather was Louis Milliet, Baron of Faverges, Baron de Challes, (1527-1599) a learned jurisconsult, first president of the Senate of Savoy and Grand Chancellor of the Duchy.
- Alexis de Pontverre, 1699
- [Alphonse D’Antioche]
- Possibly Alphonse de Brotty d’Antioche (1813-1882), a Savoy statesman and envoy of the Kingdom of Sardinia to the Madrid court. He was also a close friend of Count Atanazy Raczyński (or Athanasius Raczynski; 1788–1874), a Polish count and diplomat in Prussian service, a noted art critic who built a notable collection of paintings during his long stays in major European metropolises. In his will, Raczynski gifted d’Antioche several chests of manuscripts.
