An extremely rare and rather unknown 16^th-century portion of the Old Testament. Bibles from this era are notoriously rare and have maintained their desirability through centuries. This particular issue is curious – a complete book in itself containing (per the title page) only the books of Kings, Chronicles, Esdras (i.e. Ezra, Nehemiah and Esdras), Tobit, Judith, Esther, and Job. It is unclear who the editor of this Vulgate Bible is; however, the USTC places it published somewhere in Germany in 1587. Still, a very rare and desirable 16^th-century Bible.
