Johannes Secundus, also known as Joannes Everaerts was a 16^th-century Dutch poet. He wrote several romantic elegies, odes and songs, letters, and epistles most of which deal primarily with love and romantic behavior. He is best known for his treatise on kissing which explores the erotic behaviors and the symbols that kissing represents.

This 1651 Latin edition was published in Leiden and features the entirety of the known works of Secundus.
