1659 Latin & Greek New Testament Bible Dictionary ZURICH Switzerland Schweitzer
A rare 17th-century Greek and Latin New Testament dictionary. Collected and edited by Johann Caspar Schweitzer, this 1659 work is considerably rare and was completed while Schweitzer was serving as a Greek professor at Collegium Carolinum. Interestingly, because of the successes and accuracy of this dictionary, Schweitzer was later asked to be a collaborator in the 1667 edition of the Zurich Bible.
