“INJUNCTION AGAINST “REMINGTON’S FRONTIER SKETCHES.” Judge Lacombe, of the United States Circuit Court, for the Southern District of New York, issued a temporary injunction on the 16th inst. against the American News Company in an injunction brought by Gen. Nelson A. Miles and Frederic Remington, to restrain the News Company from selling a book entitled “Remington’s Frontier Sketches.”
